| New Wine Releases | ||||
|
In conjunction with the opening of our Tasting Room, we are releasing our latest wines:
2004 Napa Valley "Choreography", Cabernet Blend - 438 cases produced, retail price $50 - Comprised of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc, 7% Petit Verdot, and 2% Malbec. The grapes for this wine come from vineyards near Yountville. Aromas of ripe red cherry, pepper, leather, pipe tobacco with nuances of cocoa and mint make this a wonderful wine that is ready for consumption now, or can be laid down to age gracefully. 2005 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay, Jenkins Vineyard - 109 cases produced, retail price $35 - The latest release from our home vineyard, this wine is sure to please the most discerning of Chardonnay critics. Ripe aromas of apple, apricot, pineapple and graham cracker show a glimpse of the delight that is to come. Flavors of melon, tangerine and marshmallow are complemented by a bright acidity and lingering mineral finish. | ||||
