| Summer Sun Safety | |
| Summer has arrived - and along with it our increased amount of outdoor activities. With all the latest advances in sunscreen technology, you have no excuse not to be safe in the sun. With Greg being a dermatologist, we have the inside scoop on what exactly to use to protect our skin. As we prepare to work out in the vineyards, we protect our skin with Coppertone Sport Spray SPF 30 sunscreen (which is great for the guys, kids, and athletes too) or Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock (which is available in SPF 30-55). We also like Neutrogena’s Fresh Cooling Body Mist Sunblock spray – aaaaaah. No matter which formula you prefer, use a broad-spectrum product with at least SPF 30 and remember to re-apply your sun protection throughout the day. Be sun smart and enjoy this summer season. | |

| With longer days, summer evenings are the perfect time to entertain outside. We have a special area under the oaks in our home vineyard to gather with friends and family. | Of course, summer wouldn’t be complete for the Fleming Jenkins women without shopping! | July 19th – Chris Isaak Concert at The Mountain Winery in Saratoga – For a small wine & chocolate tasting fee, you will be able to taste some of our wines paired with Cocoa Bon fine chocolates. The majority of the proceeds will be donated to The Mountain Winery Kids’ Foundation. Cocoa Bon will bring some new flavors. We will start when the doors open at 5:30 pm and go through the concert intermission. You must have a concert ticket to enjoy the wine and chocolate tasting, so click here for more details. | |
