| Charter Wine Club Membership | |
| Now is your chance to become one of the first members of our Wine Club. By joining our Wine Club now, you are guaranteeing your allotment of our limited release wines (including our 2003 Santa Cruz Mountains Syrah in November, 2005). There are no membership fees, and as a way to show our appreciation to you, we will cover the cost of shipping on all club shipments. Wine club shipments will be up to 5 times per year, and you can choose from either 2 bottles, 4 bottles, 6 bottles, or 12 bottles per shipment. | |

| We officially opened the winery on June 18th and sales have been brisk. Our 2004 San
Francisco Bay Syrah Rosé is already SOLD OUT, but we will be producing more this upcoming 2005 harvest. Both the 2003
Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay and 2003 Madden Ranch Syrah are close to being sold out as well, so we urge you too
