| Wine Club Pick Up Party Recap | |
| This past weekend many of our Wine Club members joined us in our Tasting Room for the release of their newest shipment, our 2007 Black Ridge Vineyard Syrah. Currently this wine is only available to our Wine Club members, but it will be released for everyone towards the middle of September. Greg Jenkins spent many hours in front of both his charcoal grill and new smoker BBQing two wonderfully tender beef briskets to pair with this exceptional wine. Everyone who attended had a great time! We are looking forward to creating another recipe pairing for the 2008 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay that will be available for our Wine Club members towards the end of October. Friday August 28th 6 pm to 7:30 pm at our Tasting Room join Greg and Peggy at a private reception as artist Thom Sanborn unveils
his latest series of wine related photography. The evening showcases some of our wines paired with appetizers along with a very special
tasting of an older library wine from our cellar. At the end of the evening Thom will raffle off one of his prints to one lucky
attendee maybe thats you! Tickets are $65 per person and there are only a handful of spaces available for this intimate preview

Saturday, August 29th through Sunday, August 30th 12 noon to 6 pm in our Tasting Room - enjoy both art and wine as we continue our art show with local photographer Thom Sanborn. Thom's pieces will be available for purchase in a variety of sizes from note cards to larger, framed items and our Wine Club Members will receive special discounts on Thom's work. Saturday, September 12th - Wine Club Party at Greg and Peggy's from 4 pm to 7 pm Wine Club members will enjoy Greg and Peggy's hospitality at their estate vineyard and home in the hills above Los Gatos. This is a great opportunity to enjoy wine, appetizers and the pre-harvest Chardonnay vineyard tour at the location where the idea of "Fleming Jenkins" was transformed into reality. **This event is SOLD OUT** Saturday, September 12th - Second Saturdays in Los Gatos over 100 businesses throughout Los Gatos will have special offerings and sales throughout the day. Fleming Jenkins will offer a 15% discount on any 4 bottle purchase and include a complimentary eco-friendly reusable wine tote to carry them home. Sunday, September 20th "A Taste of Los Gatos" Fleming Jenkins will be participating in this event to raise funds for the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Foundation. Delicious "tastes" will be provided by your favorite Los Gatos restaurants with fine wine from a select group of local wineries. Tickets are $100 per person. Friday, September 25th Winemaker's Dinner at Fairmont San Jose Please join Peggy and Greg for this special evening of wonderful food paired with excellent wine at the Fairmont in downtown San Jose. We will be teaming up with our fellow Los Gatos winery, Testarossa, to present some of our winery's best selections.
