| Harvest Preparation | |

Where does the time go? It seems like it was just a few months ago that we put our wines from the 2007 harvest to rest in barrel. We
bottled our 2007 estate vineyard Chardonnay earlier this month and will plan on bottling our 2007 Syrahs later this year, followed by our
2007 Choreography next summer.
Now we are only weeks away from getting started on making our 2008 wines! Most of our barrels have arrived and the fermentation tanks are sitting empty and ready to go. Historically, our Chardonnay vineyard is the first that we pick, but last year the Madden Ranch Syrah in Livermore took the title and got us going into full production mode. Weâll see which vineyard is harvested first this year, but either way we will be ready for it! We are focusing on the same core wines we have for the past few years, with a slight increase in production of Choreography and Victories to support the demand of our growing distribution network across the United States. |
