| Jenkins Vineyard Update | |
| This Spring growing season is a lot different than 2006. Last year we had over 20 cool rainy days in March (including snow in early April!) which got our Chardonnay vines off to a slow start. As of our time in the vineyard on Monday morning, the vines are a few weeks ahead of last year at this point. The shoots are at an average length of 12 inches already. Let’s hope for moderate weather over the next few months to allow for the upcoming bloom to fully set and produce as much of the Jenkins Vineyard Chardonnay as we can for you to enjoy. |  |

Tuesday, May 8th – Vino 100 in Los Altos – Greg and Peggy will be pouring Victories, Madden Ranch Syrah and Choreography at the “Women Gone Wine” event from 7:00 – 8:30 pm. Monday, May 21st – RAP Pink Out! - Fleming Jenkins will be pouring at the annual event of The Rosé Avengers and Producers, “an international group of winemakers and wine drinkers dedicated to righting the wrongs done to dry rosé.” This event will take place in San Francisco at the Butterfly Restaurant on Pier 33.
